Holiday Roast Kits

Special from Aba, pick up one of Chef CJ Jacobson’s Holiday Short Rib or Tenderloin Kits to prepare at home! Choose between Short Rib with shawarma marinade or Beef Tenderloin with baharat spice mix to enjoy alongside Root Vegetable Gratin, Kale Tabouli, Roasted Marble Potatoes and a Whole Crème Brûlée Pie. Each kit serves 8 guests and is served cold with cooking and reheating instructions. Orders must be placed by December 18 at 5:00PM for carryout on Monday, December 23rd – Tuesday, December 24th. The Holiday Short Rib Kit costs $395, plus tax, and the Holiday Beef Tenderloin Kit costs $595, plus tax. Add on a Classic Hummus Platter, Whipped Feta Platter, Sommelier Selected Wine and more!
